Once you have a good idea about what you require, the time is right for you to approach your architect who will produce detailed plans from your ideas.
If you've not yet chosen an architect, we can put you in contact with qualified specialists who have the expertise to turn your ideas into reality.
With such a wide range of construction materials (bricks, tiles, etc.) to choose from, our specialist Self-Build Team are here to take the burden out of materials specification.
Once completed, your plans and material specifications will be submitted to the relevant Planning Authority for approval.
Again, our Team are here to help you through this stage... supplying brick samples and making site visits if necessary... at no extra cost.
